Are you or a loved one an older adult struggling with loneliness? July 31, 2020 by Amanda Leave a Comment View this post on Instagram Are you or a loved one an older adult struggling with loneliness, figuring out how to impart your knowledge to your younger family members, or just want support transitioning to a new phase of life? Jesse gets the word out there about services for older folks in our community, including therapy and family/couples counseling with us. As a child psychologist, I (Amanda) know very little about therapies for older folks. Jesse taught me about Life Review, which involves adults referring to their past to achieve a sense of peace or empowerment. It can be very beneficial for older folks and their families. It sounds beautiful to me and I’m so thankful we are offering it! Please contact us if you have questions about our services for older folks!
