Virginia Family Therapy is offering Back-to-School Groups for elementary, middle, and high school aged kids. These groups are designed for students who feel worried about COVID, socializing with peers, managing the demands of school work, or just being around people. These groups are also great for students who may just need some refreshing in their socials skills or a safe outlet to talk about all of the changes that have happened this year. The groups will begin the first week of March so that students will have the opportunity to get ready and develop coping skills together, and will last until mid-April to help problem-solve with and support students as they get back into the swing of things. There will be no session during Spring Break and a wrap-up/readjustment session during the week after Spring Break.
