Scope of Program
Our mission is to provide quality experience and clinical education in order to support the leap from graduate school to residency and the development of exceptional clinicians.
Year 1: Weekly individual supervision focused on clinical skills
Weekly group supervision with pre-licensed clinicians focused on cases
and developing understanding of family interventions
Bi-weekly group supervision company (licensed and pre-licensed)
Weekly staff meeting for didactic instruction
Year 2: Weekly individual supervision focused on specific interests/expertise
