Mindset Groups are tailored to provide education and support on aspects of sports performance and overall well being, including sleep, nutrition, recruiting, sport/life balance, goal-setting, managing parents’ expectations, etc. Many athletes struggle with taking care of their minds and bodies outside of their sport and small, yet important, tweaks can increase performance and health across the board (such as putting the phone in another room to protect sleep). Mindset Groups are led by mental health experts who specialize in working with teenage girls and were once young women athletes.
Mindset groups are conducted over Zoom and are open nationally to Young Women Athletes.
