Athletic performance groups are for the athlete looking to enhance their fitness and specific sports performance. Led by Michael Atunrase, owner of Resilience Fitness and Sports Performance, our performance groups are for athletes looking to take their conditioning to the next level and improve their athletic movement, while also learning about what their minds and bodies endure through the training processes.
These groups are conducted via Zoom (it is surprising how hard coach Mike can push you over a computer screen and give you specific feedback on form!) as well as (some weeks) in person in Charlottesville. This group is open nationally to Young Women Athletes.
